New Mobile System Efficiently Cleans HVAC Coils up to 16” Thick

Naperville, Illinois – Aug. 16, 2004 – The COIL-FLO® 500 HVAC Cleaning System from Nalco Company cost effectively removes microbial contamination, dust, soil and debris so HVAC systems operate more efficiently and odor free. This mobile, 500 psi cleaning system takes on the toughest cleaning chores, thoroughly penetrating coils up to 16” thick with a low water flow rate of one gpm for minimal water disposal. The system has three wand extensions and two spray nozzle attachments: straight and 90° angle spray nozzle for reaching all coil orifices. It features 62 feet of high pressure hoses with a portable cleaning caddy and product selector for cleaning remotely located HVAC systems.

Clean coils improve energy efficiency and can significantly extend HVAC equipment life. Coils that are thoroughly cleaned are not as susceptible to refouling. They stay clean longer, reducing the cleaning cycle frequency and therefore lowering labor costs and annual chemical expense.

The COIL-FLO 500 HVAC Cleaning System uses exclusive Nalco cleaning chemistry, including a choice of a mild alkaline cleaner for initial cleaning of heavily fouled coils, a pH balanced maintenance cleaner, and an EPA-registered microbicide. The equipment and chemicals are available through the COIL-FLO Rental Program. For a turnkey solution to coil maintenance, customers can choose the COIL-FLO Cleaning Service.
