Diaphragm Pumps are suited for use in chromatography.

August 3, 2004 - Triplex Diaphragm Pumps feature wetted and totally enclosed, sealless pump heads and PTFE sandwich diaphragms, which provide phased delivery to ensure low pulsation levels. Suited for extractions and neutralizations, pumps meet Fraunhofer Cleanroom Suitability Qualification EHEDG. They are available in configurations to support flow rates from ml/hr to thousands of gallons per pump head and pressures up to 17,500 psig at greater than ±1% accuracy.

Chromatography Diaphragm Pumps Fraunhofer Cleanroom Suitability Qualified

A full line of hermetically tight diaphragm pumps that meet ATEX, ASME, 3-A, and FDA requirements and are third party tested and certified to Fraunhofer Cleanroom Suitability Qualification; EHEDG is available from American Lewa, Inc. of Holliston, Massachusetts.

LEWA Triplex Diaphragm Pumps feature wetted and totally enclosed sealless pump heads and PTFE sandwich diaphragms that reduce dead space to achieve optimum volumetric efficiency and provide phased delivery to assure low pulsation levels. Ideally suited for extractions and neutralizations, these pumps meet ATEX, ASME, 3-A, and FDA requirements, and Fraunhofer Cleanroom Suitability Qualification; EHEDG.

Available in configurations to support flow rates ranging from mls/hour to thousands of gallons per pump head and pressures up to 17,500 psig at >±1% accuracy, LEWA Triplex Diaphragm Pumps offer a wide turn-down range, achievable by stroke or speed adjustment. Applications include fluid reactions, fractionation, extraction, and microelectronics cleaning.
