Bander and sleeve labeler can run on same conveyor line.
July 22, 2004 - Continuous-motion, tamper-evident, banding machine, Model EZ-100 bands caps up to 69 mm dia and is capable of speeds to 150 bottles/min. Continuous-motion, full-body sleeving machine, Model EZ-130 can sleeve up to 80 mm dia with speed capabilities dependent upon width and length of sleeve. Each machine can process sleeves or bands with minimal changeover. Both can run side by side on same conveyor line, sleeving, then banding same product.

CHICAGO, IL -- Axon® Corporation, world renowned manufacturer of heat shrinkable sleeve labels, tamper evident bands and stretch sleeve applicators, will display both the EZ-100 tamper evident bander and the EZ-130 full body sleeve labeler on the same line to show the company’s maximum versatility at Pack Expo, November 7-11, booth #4027, at McCormick Place, Chicago, IL.
Axon’s EZ-100 is a continuous motion tamper evident banding machine capable of speeds up to 150 bottles per minute. The machine, recognized in the industry for its performance and efficiency, is an exceptional value.
The EZ-130 is a continuous motion full-body sleeving machine with speed capabilities dependant upon the width and length of the sleeve. Its versatility and consistent performance make it stand out from other machinery.
While the EZ-100 has the capacity to band caps up to 69mm in diameter, the EZ-130 can sleeve up to 80mm in diameter. Each machine has the capability of processing sleeves or bands with minimal changeover. Both machines will be running side by side on the same conveyor line, sleeving, then banding the same product. Both machines have the versatility to integrate into an already existing line, or into an Axon provided turnkey system with machine heads, heat tunnels and conveyor. As an additional option, customers can add one or two additional application heads to increase speeds as well as minimize the opportunity for downtime.
