Filtration System removes oil from wash water.


July 21, 2004 - Cellulose-based, Extran™ Ultrafiltration System, Model E removes free oil, emulsified oil, and particles from parts washing water and returns clean water and soluble detergent to wash bath. Portable, stainless steel unit is built on 3 x 4 ft skid with casters and can process 100–500 gpd. Unlike conventional ultrafiltration, Extran™ membrane requires no cleaning.

The Extran™ Ultrafiltration System, Model “E” from Separation Dynamics is the state of the art for removing oil from wash water. The reduced size unit is portable for ease of processing multiple tanks.
