Adjustable traverse assembly and lay on roller guides make system adaptable to spool or coil winding of flat materials.

The "MS 104" features a simple, operator control cluster for quick set up and simple adjustment. Each module contains only 20 moving parts and has a narrow footprint to conserve floor space. The 104 is extremely durable and easily maintained with all components being accessible from the front or rear of the unit.
The "MS 104" can handle a package of 18" diameter and 12" width at up to 80 lbs. in weight. The adjustable traverse assembly and lay on roller guides make this system adaptable to either spool or coil winding of flat materials. Standard tension range is form 8-32 oz with a maximum line speed of 500 FPM.
