Mist and Smoke Collectors suit metalworking industry.

July 14, 2004 - Filtermist FX-Series eliminates oil mist and smoke produced in turning, milling, and grinding applications within metalworking industry. Product use results in safer work environment in compliance with OSHA and NIOSH air quality standards. Available in 4 sizes from 275–1,200 cfm, units can be direct-mounted, suspended from ceiling, or mounted on floor stand. Stainless steel models are also available.

New FX-Series of Filtermist Mist and Smoke Collectors to be Exhibited by Royal Products at IMTS 2004

Royal Products, Booth E-2224, will be exhibiting a new line of Filtermist FX-Series Mist and Smoke Collectors at IMTS 2004. These collectors, specifically designed for the metalworking industry, eliminate oil mist and smoke commonly produced in turning, milling, and grinding applications. Benefits achieved through the use of the Royal Filtermist include a safer work environment, less machine downtime, and compliance with OSHA and NIOSH air quality standards. The new FX-Series Filtermist units incorporate a number of design improvements over previous models, including: greater efficiency, improved airflow, reduced weight, and minimal maintenance. FX-Series units are available in four sizes ranging from 275-1200 cfm, and can be direct-mounted, suspended from a factory ceiling, or mounted on a floor stand. Stainless steel models are available for aqueous part washers and food-industry applications. All Royal FX-Series Filtermist units carry an unconditional performance guarantee and a 5-year warranty.
