Release date: July 8, 2004

One Half-Inch Wide Miniature Circuit Breakers from 0.5 to 25 amps

Model QL, UL 489 approved, DIN rail mount Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCBs) from CBI are only one half-inch (13mm) wide and are available with current ratings from 0.5 to 25 amps in 0.5 increments. Because they are hydraulic magnetic MCBs, they do not require the temperature variation compensation associated with most thermal breakers. QLs are available with a wide range of tripping characteristics to meet a variety of applications. They hold their rated current and trip in accordance with their published tripping curves in temperatures from -40°F to +140°F (-40°C to +60°C). The QL is ideally suited as a replacement for low current fuses and for a wide range of equipment protection.
