McGill Sensing-Safti-Gard™ Controls Prevent Accidental Motor Start-Ups after Voltage Drop or Power Interruption

ROSEMONT, IL – McGill Sensing-Safti-Gard™ motor controls help users achieve higher levels of safety by preventing accidental machine start-ups after a voltage drop or power interruption. A built-in sensor blocks the control from resetting until the equipment switch has been turned off.

McGill designed Sensing-Safti-Gards for use with equipment driven by small motors operating on 120V AC or 240V AC (single phase), and that are connected to the power source by means of 14 gauge, 3 wire flexible cord.

Sensing-Safti-Gard motor controls are ideal for replacing old, frayed or ungrounded power cords. The simple, easy installation can upgrade older machines to the latest OSHA, NEC and NFPA safety standards, sparing the user the expense of purchasing a new machine.

McGill Sensing-Safti-Gard™ motor controls are UL/CUL Recognized.
