Industrial vibrators offer Teflon coating option that helps extend product life. Coating resists corrosion and oxidization, enabling vibrators to be used in harsh work environments with dust, dirt, contaminated air, or poor lubrication. Teflon coating is recommended for food applications where lubrication is of concern. Standard Teflon option includes coated bore and piston, with outside coating also available to facilitate washdown.

NAVCOŽ offers a unique Teflon Coating option to extend the life of an industrial vibrator for most of our models. Teflon is resistant to corrosion and oxidization. In very harsh work environments where industrial vibrators are often exposed to dust or dirt, may receive contaminated air, or would see poor lubrication, the useful life of the industrial vibrator is increased when it is Teflon coated. Teflon coating is recommended for food applications where lubrication is a concern because Teflon provides additional lubricating properties. The standard Teflon option includes a coated bore and piston. For special applications the outside of the industrial vibrator can also be coated to make wash down easy. All Hopper/Railcar Portable industrial vibrators now come standard with Teflon coating.
