Real-time Reporting System Improves Discrete Assembly Processes
Erie, PA – April 2004 - Intelligent Assembly™, is an economical turnkey data retrieval system that integrates directly into manual and automatic assembly processes providing real-time feedback and reporting of vital assembly data. By collecting organizing and reporting all manufacturing cell information, Intelligent Assembly provides the data and tools necessary to implement and sustain initiatives such as cost reduction, lean manufacturing, six sigma quality and continuous process improvement. Capabilities and reports include full component and process traceability, downtime, SPC/SQC quality, and production efficiency.
