Saline, MI – June 11, 2004 – Xycom Automation, Inc., a subsidiary of Pro-face America, Inc. and a market leader in Industrial PCs and Flat Panel Monitors announces the release of the new 5012KPMT and 5015KPMT panel mount LCD monitors with integrated membrane keyboards, Interlink Versapoint pointing devices and optional analog resistive touch screens. Both models
meet NEMA 4/4X/12 sealing requirements and are UL approved for use in Class I & II Division 2 Hazardous Location applications.

The 5012KPMT utilizes a 12.1”, 800 x 600, 260,000 color Thin Film Transistor (TFT) LCD while the 5015KPMT is built around a 15”, 1024 x 768, 16-million color TFT LCD. Both displays are high performance with great brightness, contrast and viewing angle specifications. State-of-the-art scaling engines allow lower resolution images to be smoothly expanded to fill the full LCD display area. High reliability backlights provide 50,000 hours of service life.
Solidly engineered and tested with features like powdered coated die-cast aluminum front bezels, custom molded gaskets and fully laminated touchscreen - keyboard assemblies, the 5012KPMT
and 5015KPMT boast three-year warranties. With less than 2.9 inches of mounting depth, and 19 inches in width, the 7U high 5012KPMT and 8U high 5015KPMT can be RETMA rack mounted
or panel mounted in any NEMA 4/4X/12 enclosure. 120/240 V AC input power is standard with 24V DC input power optionally available.
Monitors are shipped with cables, mounting hardware, user documentation, and drive software.
