Metal Grid anchors cement or refractory linings.
June 24, 2004 - Metal Hex Grid provides surface framework to anchor and reinforce cement or refractory linings in reactor vessels, furnaces, ducts cyclones, and flue gas lines. Hexagonal grating rolls to accommodate vessel contours and simplify lining application. Serving as reinforcement during and after lining material application, product is made of 304 SS, with other materials available upon request.

Hex Grid Improve Refractory Linings
Houston TX- AMISTCO Metal Hex Grid provides a surface framework to anchor and reinforce cement or refractory linings in reactor vessels, furnaces, ducts cyclones and flue gas lines. The hexagonal grating rolls to accommodate vessel contours and simplify lining application. AMISTCO's hex grid serves as reinforcement, during and after the lining material application. The manufacturer claims that refractory linings that incorporate the hex grids have improved heat and abrasion resistance thus, a longer effective service life. Standard materials for the metal hex grid is 304 SS other materials available upon request.
