Spot Welder uses middle-frequency inverter technology.

June 24, 2004 - Middle Frequency Inverter Spot Welder is available in Projection or Spot Weld models from 32–240 KVA, rated at 50% duty cycle with max welding currents to 88,000 A secondary. Middle Frequency (1,000 Hz) Inverter technology employs weld times measured in milliseconds to deliver continuous, constant weld current, resulting in homogeneous development of weld nugget and cosmetic appearance of weld. Product is suited for welding aluminum alloys and galvanized steels.

Middle Frequency Inverter Spot Welder

Middle Frequency Inverter Spot Welder reduces electrical demand and improves weld quality. Available in Projection Weld or Spot Weld Models from 32 KVA to 240 KVA and rated at a full 50% duty cycle with maximum welding currents up to 88,000 amps secondary.

Middle Frequency ( 1000 Hertz ) Inverter technology employs shorter weld times measured in milliseconds to deliver a continuous and constant weld current resulting in a more homogeneous development of the weld nugget and an improved cosmetic appearance of the weld, while greatly improving electrode life. This is especially beneficial when welding aluminum alloys and galvanized steels.
