Nederman, Inc. Introduces New Series of Filter Carts

Westland, MI May 24, 2004 -- Nederman, Inc. has launched a new range of FilterCart units. These systems are based on the original and highly successful FilterCart concept, but have been developed for specific applications. There are three models, each of which is supplied with filtration media, making the most appropriate system selection easier.

The foundation of Nederman FilterCart systems are compact, heavy duty mobile extraction units, capable of processing air at up to 600 cfm. All models are equipped as standard with a 7 ft. self supporting extraction arm. They are supplied with 110V, single phase operation and the new design provides for quick, easy filter cartridge replacement.

The FilterCart Standard model offers an ideal extraction solution for light welding applications in maintenance workshops. Features include a 7 ft. long self supporting extraction arm, high efficiency general purpose extraction hood and a simple particle filter with 270 sq. ft of filtration surface area.

The FilterCart Original model offers a complete mobile fume extraction/filtration facility. It boasts a 376 sq. ft. particle filter and there is the option of adding a HEPA class H13 fume filter and spark protection grille. This machine is also available with a 7 ft. self supporting extraction arm option and all 'Original' models include a built-in halogen spotlight.

The FilterCart Carbon model has been developed in response to the expanding use of solvent based products for assembly and repair. The machine offers 300 cfm air handling through 44 lbs of activated carbon, and utilizes the same high efficiency hood design and 7 ft self supporting extraction arm as the FilterCart Standard.

The new FilterCart range is designed to provide reliable, highly efficient fume extraction in cost effective packages. The flexibility and low maintenance requirements of the original system have been retained, making it the ideal portable workshop extraction system. All models arrive ready to use with no assembly required.
