MALVERN, Pa., June 4, 2004 - Nilfisk-Advance America, a leading manufacturer of industrial vacuum cleaners, announces that it has designed a cleaning kit exclusively for attendees of the International Baking Industry Expo (IBIE) 2004 (August 15-18, Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, booth #2924). The Baker's Choice Vacuum Kit is built to meet the specific cleaning needs of the baking industry, which include general cleaning and maintenance, deck oven cleaning, and overhead cleaning, as well as the collection of flour, food scraps, and other debris from bakery equipment.
The main component of the Baker's Choice Vacuum Kit is either the CFM 118 or CFM 137 vacuum cleaner.
