Rocol™ TRI-Logic RTD A Powerful Tapping Fluid that also Fortifies Cutting Fluids

Glenview, IL – June 2, 2004 – ITW ROCOLTM NORTH AMERICA is launching, in the United States, ROCOL TRI-Logic RTD , a tapping fluid for the most demanding Reaming, Tapping, Drilling operations.

TRI-Logic RTD is a viscous fluid containing extreme pressure additives that fortifies cutting fluid and help metalworking manufacturers improve efficiency and cut costs. This product significantly reduces friction giving superb cutting performance. TRI-Logic RTD is suitable for all metals including hardened steels, titaniums and stainless steels.

Tri-logic RTD has been designed to emulsify in water, providing two benefits:

-After use, Tri-Logic RTD will emulsify into the water mix cutting fluid, fortifying the extreme pressure cutting properties and enhancing tool life and surface finish.

-Any residue of Tri-Logic RTD on workpieces is easily removed using aqueous cleaning agents.

TRI-Logic RTD can also be added to neat cutting oil for the most severe operations, such as broaching and gear cutting on the toughest metals.
