Insulated Battery Straps accept 9 V batteries.
June 8, 2004 - Premium models feature T or I configurations, are supplied with vinyl or fiber base construction and employ spring steel, nickel plated snap-on connectors. Economy types are fully insulated and feature brass, nickel plated contacts with vinyl covering. Pre-wired Dual model connects 9V batteries in series or in parallel. Manufactured with fiber bases and steel, nickel plated contacts, they feature pre-tinned, red and black lead wires.

Three "9V" Insulated Battery Straps Meet Most Needs
Astoria, NY ... A variety of 9 Volt insulated battery straps manufactured in 3 types to accommodate most applications has been made available by Keystone Electronics Corp, an ISO 9001 certified company.
The models include: "Premium" high performance straps featuring "T" or "I" configurations; competitively priced "Economy" types with similar configurations; and pre-wired "Dual" straps connecting 9V batteries in series or in parallel.
The "Premium" types are supplied with a choice of rigid vinyl or rigid fibre base construction, incorporate high quality insulation and performance rated spring steel, nickel plated snap-on connectors. For increased dependability they are furnished with soldered-in #26AWG wire leads in 3 wire lengths - 4.00" (101,6mm), 6.00" (152,4mm) and 8.00" (203,2mm) for the vinyl cover style and 4.00" (101,6mm), 6.50"(165,1mm) and 8.00" (203,2mm) for the fibre cover style.
In addition, Keystone's cost-efficient "Economy" types are also available in "T" or "I" configurations. These cost efficient models are fully insulated and feature brass, nickel plated contacts with a vinyl covering. Wire length availability is 4.00" (101,6mm), 6.00" 152,4mm) or 8.00" (203,2mm) with leads in red and black.
The third selection consists of two pre-wired "Dual" battery strap designs which connect 9V batteries in series or in parallel and are manufactured with fibre bases and steel, nickel plated contacts. Featured are pre-tinned, 7.00" (178mm) red and black lead wires "soldered-in" to assure exceptional reliability.
Prices start from $13.00 per hundred, in bulk quantities and are available from stock through Keystone's global distribution network. Modifications and custom variations of the straps can incorporate different lead lengths to meet specific requirements.
