New Powercoat™ Line from Perfect Fit® Glove Offers Improved Chemical and Liquid Resistance

-- Supported Gloves Combine Protection, Durability, Flexibility and Comfort

-- New PVC, Nitrile and Thermal Models Available

Smithfield, RI -- Perfect Fit Glove, a Bacou-Dalloz company, has introduced their new PowerCoat(tm) line of general purpose PVC, nitrile, neoprene, and natural latex supported gloves. Offering a broad range of hand protection options, the gloves in the PowerCoat line are liquid proof and chemical resistant. Ergonomically correct and extremely flexible, they allow for freedom of movement and reduced hand fatigue.

"Our new PowerCoat line expands on the proven technologies and innovation that go into our popular PVC gloves," said Bill Soellner, Product Specialist at Perfect Fit Gloves (PFG). "With this line we are taking hand protection and safety to the next level, and offering supported gloves for an even wider variety of applications."

Featuring a liquid-proof shell, PVC gloves from Perfect Fit protect hands from messy jobs. A patented dipping process makes the PowerCoat PVC glove one of the most flexible on the market. The gloves are designed with a rough finish for superior grip in all conditions, while a seamless cotton liner maintains flexibility and comfort for precise or repetitious jobs.

A number of styles are available. Model 620 is a double-dipped PVC glove with a 12" sleeve. Model 660 is triple dipped in PVC, offering added oil resistance, while Model KV660 provides a 100% Kevlar(r) shell for added protection and durability. All three styles are ideal for industrial, janitorial, construction, maintenance and gardening projects, to name a few.

PowerCoat models 640 and 772, with double- and triple-dipped vinyl PVC, incorporate a full arm sleeve that offers heat-sealed, watertight, seamless protection against liquid chemicals. The only gloves of their kind on the market, PowerCoat 640 and 772 feature an elastic enclosure near the shoulder that ensures dryness and comfort. They are appropriate for a wide range of industrial applications, including fishing, chemical, pharmaceutical, and airline cleanup operations.

Perfect Fit Glove PowerCoat model 460 thermal insulated gloves have a unique PVC shell that resists chemicals and abrasion, yet remains flexible in temperatures to -4 degrees F, allowing optimum performance in the harshest conditions. They are ideal for use in freezer plants, cold storage, farming, fishing, and other cold, outdoor-weather jobs.

New nitrile gloves from the PowerCoat line are in compliance with FDA regulations 21 CFR 170-199 for food handling. They protect against punctures, cuts and abrasions, as well as chemicals such as acids and solvents, petrochemicals, caustics, oils, fats and grease. PowerCoat Model 1520 features a rough finish, that provides superior wet or dry grip. Ideal for food processing, the supported nitrile gloves from Perfect Fit Glove are also well suited for industrial jobs including chemical handling, auto assembly, petrochemical refining and degreasing.

All of the gloves in the PowerCoat line are ergonomically designed to promote greater productivity and efficiency, and lessen the likelihood of fatigue-associated injuries. A special seamless liner allows superior flexibility, providing greater comfort and strength. Neoprene and natural rubber supported and unlined gloves will soon be added to the line.
