Eagle Introduces New Electronic Vibration-Dampening Tray Carts for Electronic Material Handling Operations

Clayton, Del., April 23, 2004 — New electronic vibration-dampening tray carts from Eagle MHC offer a safe, efficient and economical method of storing and transporting trays of vibration-sensitive electronic components. These carts are designed to maximize product visibility, while adding quality control, ESD protection and easy flexibility to electronic manufacturing and assembly operations.

Vibration during transfer is dramatically reduced via the carts' use of polyurethane 50-shore A casters with expander stems and 5-inch swivels - two with brakes. Aluminum split sleeves and an available drag chain or ESD cable grounding device also make these carts safe from electrostatic discharge.

Each tray cart features an open-wire construction for high visibility and reduced dust build-up, in a choice of side- or end-loading models for convenient storing and transporting. All models feature front and rear tray locks to ensure product stability and secureness. Tray carts are available in full-size heights (62-3/8") or half-size heights (49-3/8") and assemble easily in minutes, without the use of tools. All half-size models feature a push handle for enhanced navigability.
