Manifolds suits steam tracing applications.

March 30, 2004 - VSDM and VCCM steam distribution and condensate collection manifolds employ designs that minimize installation area and adapt to plant requirements. Compact products reduce backpressure and prevent destructive 2-phase flow into condensate return piping with full 1 in. siphon construction. ASME code certified to 200 psig, products are available in trap sizes to 1 in. with NPT or SW connections.

TLV's New VSDM/VCCM Steam & Condensate Manifold

TLV is pleased to announce the new VSDM and VCCM high-performance steam distribution and condensate collection manifolds. These compact manifolds are excellent choices for use with any steam tracing or condensate recovery applications.

The VSDM/VCCM has a durable, versatile design that minimizes installation area and easily adapts to plant requirements. TLV's manifolds offer the following significant advantages:

o Reduce backpressure and prevents destructive two-phase flow into condensate return piping with a full 1" siphon construction (within the 3" manifold)

o Convenient installation with a built-in blow down and freeze connection, recommended in all climates

o Reduce flow interference and ensures continued operation of each tracing line, with an engineered design that innovates offset connections

o Consolidation of steam trap locations allows lower installation heights, making traps more accessible for work and safety, easier to install, isolate, test and troubleshoot

The VSDM/VCCM are ASME code certified to 200 psig and available in trap sizes up to 1", with NPT or SW connections (flanged are available by special order). The manifold design can be additionally certified for higher PMA (720 psig) and TMA (508° F).
