Circulation Heaters provide consistent temperature control.

March 26, 2004 - CAST-X SERIES 1000 provides safe heating method for volatile, viscous, or mildly corrosive liquids. Aluminum cast construction provides optimum temperature control through ability to maintain heat consistently. Units utilize helically-coiled tube to eliminate direct contact between fluids and tubular elements of heater, eliminating hot spots caused by poor flow conditions. They can safely run dry with thermostat, reducing risk of heater failure and fluid leaks.

Watlow's New Cast-X Series 1000 Circulation Heaters Provide Optimum Temperature Control and Increased Durability

St. Louis - Watlow's latest line of circulation heaters, the CAST-X SERIES 1000, provide a safe heating method for volatile, viscous or mildly corrosive liquids. The new heaters provide accurate and consistent temperature control, are designed for greater durability and are more compact than traditional heat exchangers.

The CAST-X SERIES 1000's aluminum cast construction provides optimum temperature control through its ability to maintain heat accurately and consistently. It also helps to prolong the life of the heater by efficiently conducting heat away from the tubular elements.

The CAST-X SERIES 1000 uses a helically coiled tube to eliminate direct contact between fluids and tubular elements of the heater, which eliminates hot spots caused by poor flow conditions. The unit is also designed to safely run dry with the thermostat, reducing the risk of heater failure and fluid leaks.

The new line is suited to numerous applications, is easy to install and can be customized to meet specific customer needs.
