March 26, 2004 - Medical Core Pins can be custom-made with multiple steps from 0.010–0.750 in., tapers, points, spherical radii, and flats, in 0.250–36 in. lengths. Featuring tolerances to 0.0002 in. on length and 0.00005 in. on diameters, pins can be made from all common tool, stainless, and exotic steels. They can be nitrided, TiN coated, and hard chrome plated to meet wear requirements. Units are suited for molds in luer taper components, catheters, syringes, and valve assemblies.

Precision Core Pins for Medical Molding Applications

Royal Precision Medical Core Pins can be custom manufactured with multiple steps from 0.010” to 0.750”, tapers, points, spherical radii, and flats, in 0.250” to 36” lengths. Ideally suited for molds used in luer taper components, catheters, syringes, and valve assemblies, they are made fully repeatable within a specific size and style.

Featuring tolerances to 0.0002” on length and 0.00005” on diameters, Royal Precision Medical Core Pins can be made from all common tool, stainless, and exotic steels. They can also be nitrided, TiN coated, and hard chrome plated for special wear requirements. Precise metric sizes are also available.
