April 12, 2004 - CMMaster™ 3D Optical Surface Gauge combines moiré imaging technology with proprietary software algorithms to create 3D surface measurement system. Non-contact surface contour gauge provides measurements with 0.001 in. or better resolution, and results can be compared to CAD and CMM data. Optical system can measure areas larger than 3 ft in dia in one view, while full field imaging technique accommodates parts of varying shapes and sizes without setup or stringent placement tolerances.

This unique non-contact surface contour gauge provides high-resolution measurements while significantly reducing measurement time. CMMaster™ improves the speed and efficiency of your critical surface gauging applications. CMMaster™ is engineered to make complex measurements faster and more reliable.

Perform difficult measurements quickly and easily without expensive fixtures while increasing your inspection throughput and efficiency. CMMaster™ generates results in a fraction of the time required by standard CMM’s. The unique optical system can measure areas larger than three (3) feet in diameter in a single view while maintaining depth resolutions of 0.001” or better. The large full field imaging technique accommodates parts of varying shapes and sizes without time-consuming setup, excessive part handling, or stringent placement tolerances.
