Loegering Adds Over the Tire Rubber Track to Traction Product Line Up

Loegering offers multiple traction product offering.

Casselton, North Dakota -- For over 30 years, Loegering has been building quality traction systems. Now Loegering has added a rubber, over the tire track for skid steer loaders to it's multiple traction product offering that includes steel tracks, urethane soft-bottom tracks, Z-tracks and now a rubber over the tire track. This Over the Tire Rubber Track is designed for working in sandy conditions and is perfect for landscaping applications. Loegering's Over the Tire Rubber Track is ideal for applications where skid steers need to work in adverse conditions while allowing operators to work on finished surfaces such as lawns and paved surfaces without damage. Since the tracks increase skid-steer performance in aggressive working conditions as well as finished surfaces, the tracks can be left on at all times. Just put them on, and go!

These tracks are made with multiple compounds within the track to maximize performance. Loegering Manufacturing Engineer, Steve Loegering explains, "the multiple compounds have allowed us to engineer separate areas of the track specifically for wear, flexibility, maximum bonding and traction. A compound was used on the sideplates to prevent breaking. A different compound was used in the tread to maximize traction." Traction lugs on the sideplates also enhance the tire to track traction and help
support the sideplates.

The Over the Tire Rubber Track provides similar Loegering Track product benefits such as superior traction and floatation, less ground pressure and less soil damage. The low-maintenance tracks are quiet running and provide a smooth ride. Steel cords prevent
the track from stretching.

Loegering, the original skid-steer track manufacturer, has been building tracks for over 30 years and tracking self-propelled booms since 1977. The company designs and produces tracks and attachments for distribution worldwide.
