Tra-Bond 816H02 Thermally Conductive Epoxy Paste

Tra-Bond 816H02 is the perfect choice for stacking transistors, diodes, resistors, and integrated circuits to printed circuit boards. The rheology of the adhesive allows it to stay in place once dispensed. The epoxy will form strong bonds and create electrically insulating contacts. Tra-Bond 816H02 will readily bond to itself as well as metals, silica, steatite, alumina, sapphire, other ceramics, glass, plastics, and many other materials. It can be cured at room temperature, or for a faster cure at elevated temperatures. Tra-Bond 816H02 offers a working life of 1.5 hours and cures to a Shore D Hardness of 90.
