New Power Feed™ 10M Dual from Lincoln is the Most Advanced Semiautomatic Welding System on the Market

Cleveland, Ohio - Combined with a Power Wave power source, the new Power Feed™ 10M Dual from The Lincoln Electric Company is the most advanced semiautomatic welding system on the market. It features the revolutionary MSP4 user interface panel for complete control of all weld parameters in a single, easy-to-use display. And, the unit's dual welding wire electrode drives allow for more flexibility to weld two separate welding processes, electrode alloys or wire diameters.

The Power Feed 10M Dual is recommended for applications in the automotive, transportation, furniture fabrication, lawn and garden equipment, and agricultural equipment manufacturing industries, among others. With four drive rolls and optional push-pull capability for aluminum welding, the Power Feed 10M Dual is one of the best wire feeders on the market for exotic alloys and hard-to-weld materials.

Using Lincoln's Nextweld® Waveform Control Technology™, each weld mode is precisely tuned to meet exacting specifications and standards for low spatter, arc shape and weld bead profile in each application. This high performance, digitally-controlled wire feeder is designed for MIG, Pulsed MIG, STT® (Surface Tension Transfer®) MI4G, Flux-Cored, and Pulse-on-Pulse™ welding.

What makes this unit unique is the new MSP4 user interface panel which provides full control of Weld Mode Selection, Arc Control Adjustments, Weld Sequence, Limit Setting, and Lockout. In addition, the Power Feed 10M Dual has an infrared (IR) port for quick and easy transfer of data to and from a Palm® operating system handheld computer.

The MSP4 features new functions not previously available:

• Clear identification of the selected weld mode

• Up to four waveform (arc) controls

• Enhanced Waveform control displays

• Easy procedure set up

• Lockout functions prevent unauthorized procedure changes.

The rugged drive system features Lincoln's patented split wire guides delivering great wire support to reduce feeding concerns. And, Lincoln's ArcLink™ digital communications protocol facilitates fast, accurate and reliable communication between welding system components.

The Lincoln Electric Company, Cleveland, Ohio, is a world leader in the design and manufacture of arc welding equipment and consumables, robotic welding systems, plasma and oxyfuel cutting equipment.
