Power Rotate-Multiple Position System allows assembly workers to retrieve parts continuously by rotating full bin to within operational reach. Rotating base is air powered with spiral gear and equipped with outer ring of support casters for offset loads. Power rotating function is bi-directional and provides 360° operation with zero-effort positioning. Base can support 4 independent lift modules. Tilt or Rotate module attachment is optional.

Herkules Power Rotate - Multiple Position System An Alternative for Assembly Line Efficiency
Walled Lake, Michigan. February 23, 2004. Herkules Power Rotate-Multiple Position System allows assembly workers to retrieve parts continuously by easily rotating a full bin to within operational reach, keeping production on schedule. The rotating base is air-powered with a spiral gear, and is equipped with an outer ring of support casters for offset loads. The power rotating function is bi-directional and provides 360 degrees of operation with zero effort positioning. It is ideal for facilities that are structured with stationary assembly operations, and for plants that require a bin of parts in queue to meet production requirements.
The System's base has the ability to support up to 4 independent lift modules. Operators may easily adjust each lift's height in order to work ergonomically correct, avoiding overexertion or injury. A Tilt or Rotate module can be attached to each lift in any combination specified by the customer. The modules can be re-configured for a future application as needed.
The Lift Module, which incorporates Herkules Advanced Air Bag Lift Technology, is the foundation for nearly all of Herkules' Positioning Systems. The combination of unique features including; a modular design, a low profile of four inches, 6000 lb capacity with 25" of travel, and a direct one-to-one lift ratio, distinguishes Herkules from the competition.
