Alignment Kit operates over distances of 80 ft.

March 4, 2004 - Microgage Spindle and Shaft Alignment Kit consists of laser that is mounted to drive shaft, spindle, or gearbox flange, which projects precise reference beam along centerline. Digital target receiver catches laser beam and provides measurement reading to show if receiver is off-center. System measures misalignments as small as 0.0001 in. Angular errors can also be measured and eliminated. System can be attached to laptop or PC for printouts and record keeping.

New Spindle Alignment Kit Boosts Manufacturing Efficiency

February, 2004, Newburyport, Massachusetts: Pinpoint Laser Systems is introducing a new spindle and shaft alignment kit for industrial machinery. Machine operators, plant engineers, and maintenance professionals can now check the alignment and performance of their machinery quickly and efficiently. Studies have proven that well-aligned machinery and production equipment
reduces manufacturing downtime, improves thruput, and ultimately, improves production profits.

This new Microgage Spindle Alignment Kit consists of a laser that is mounted to the drive shaft, spindle, or a gearbox flange and projects a precise reference beam along the centerline.
