New Subminiature Thru-beam Photoelectric Sensors Ideal for Tight Spaces
Self-contained design eliminates need for external amplifier
TWINSBURG, OH – Pepperl+Fuchs introduces the ML3 series of thru-beam sub-miniature photoelectric sensors. These thru-beam models provide response times faster than 1 millisecond with ultra-miniature housings of only 22mm x 8mm x 11mm, making them ideal for space restricted applications.
Thru-beam models offer long-range sensing in tiny housings, with operating ranges of up to 1.5 meters. Horizontal and vertical housings allow the lens to be placed on either the end or the side of the housing for maximum mounting flexibility. Thru-beam models have separate transmitter and receiver housings and a wide range of aperture accessories that allow the user to adjust the beam to suit the needs of a particular application.
Additional features include:
• NPN and PNP outputs
• Self-contained design, eliminating the need for a remote amplifier or controller
• Tamper-free set-up with no potentiometers
• Mounting brackets included
