Ridge Tool Introduces Smaller, More Powerful Wet/Dry Vac
ELYRIA, OH - February 2004 - Ridge Tool Company has introduced a portable wet/dry vacuum with a powerful 5-horsepower motor and smaller 4-gallon capacity. The Model WD4050 is the most compact, high-powered shop vac ever offered by the company.
In addition to its smaller footprint, the WD4050 wet/dry vac has a unique, streamlined shape that is designed for easier transport, set-up and use in confined areas. The 4-gallon capacity is ideal for residential use and on smaller industrial jobs.
The new shop vac features a 5-peak-horsepower, 9-amp motor for extra power and better performance. It combines a durable proprietary motor with a patented blower wheel design for maximum effectiveness in either the vacuum or blower mode.
