February 27, 2004 - Privacy screens block off specific operations from other parts of facility. They can be used to shield against grinding or sanding debris and set-up temporary offices or eating areas. Screens Conquer Space

(Pewaukee, WI) One of the prime issues in manufacturing plants is space allocation. With the new privacy screens from Goff’s Enterprises, plant management can make better strategic use of areas throughout the building.

These screens enable operations to be blocked off from other parts of the facility, including welding because they do not allow any UV light to penetrate, to shield against grinding or sanding debris, to block off sensitive areas from visitors or to set up a temporary office or eating area to name a few examples of their use.

For demanding environments, these non-see-thru screens have a very strong, light weight, 1 3/16 in. extruded aluminum frame made to stand up to the roughest handling.

The Goff’s Privacy Screens set up quickly; unique under-over leg design allows adjacent panels to be placed at desired angles. Gussets provide exceptional strength and rigidity to prevent bending or wobbling.

The screens are 14 oz. reinforced vinyl coated polyester fabric and provide protection against the effects of the UV radiation emitted during arc welding.

Brass grommets allow mounting to the frame with button head screws creating a taut screen surface. The screens meet NFPA701 and California Health and Safety Code requirements of the State Fire Marshal code for flame resistance. Weld spatter resistant and OSHA approved.

Frames hinge together (with optional hinge kit) or slide into desired position to make a very stable one piece barrier to protect against arc welding, grinding sparks or flame cutting. The screens are easy to set up and arrange in different shapes to meet work demands, and are available in 12 colors.

Goff's Enterprises, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of vinyl safety, curtain screens, curtain walls, and containment partitioning systems. Curtain Screen products include: Sliding, “Curtain Wall" partitions (The Original Goff's Curtain Walls), "Strip & Dock door" curtains, Vertical "Roll-Up" curtains, Outdoor Curtains, "Weldview Curtains", Welding Screens", Track and roller systems and curtain screens. Goff's also offers an array of curtain wall add-ons and options to enhance basic product functions that include: Floor-Mount Wind Ties, Filter Panel options, Curtain Cleaner, Curtain Shield (Protectant), Valance Panels and Floorsweeps. These products are sold through a nationwide network of distributors.
