Heyco Introduces Line of Bushing and Plugs for Thicker Panels

New Product: Heyco Bushings and Plugs that accommodate cable and
conduit management through thicker mounting panels up to 0.250".

Design: Heyco Products, Inc. In-House Product Design & Development Team.

Manufacturer: Heyco Products, Inc.

Product Applications: Heyco Bushings and Plugs for up to
0.250-inch-thick panels are designed to fit 1/2-inch- to 2-inch-diameter cable and conduit access holes for electrical and telecommunications cables, tubing, hose, rope and utility lines.

They also fill unneeded panel ports, preventing debris, insect or moisture penetration, and provide abrasion resistance to through-routed wires in wide varieties of equipment, machinery and furniture.

Product Description: Bushings and Plugs for up to 0.250-
inch-thick panels are an extension of Heyco's broad bushing and plug product line. They quickly and easily provide protection around wires, conduit and hoses, or in un-used panel ports, and provide superior "pull" or vibration resistance for through-routed connections.

Ten sizes fit 1/2-inch- to 2-inch-diameter holes, for in-field installation or repair versatility. Heyco Bushings and Plugs for up to 0.250-inch-thick panels quickly, easily snap into holes with only fingertip pressure, no tools required. They withstand pushback forces up to 35 pounds.

Construction & Finishes: Heyco Bushings and Plugs for 0.250-
inch-thick panels are molded in Heyco's own state-of-the-art U.S. plant of high-impact Type 6/6 nylon. They conform to ASTM standard D-4066-PA111, have a flammability classification of 94V-2 with a temperature index of 125° C.

Colors are injection-molded directly with the nylon, to create uniform and consistent solid-colored parts. Bushings and Plugs for up to 0.250-inch panels are available from stock in Black and White; other colors are readily available upon request. Glossy or textured finishes with flat or domed profiles can be mixed and matched easily as well. Bushings and Plugs for up to 0.250-inch-thick panels are UL recognized under file #E-15331.
