Single-Blower Rail Unload System Offers Economical Conveyor

SALINA, KS-The Premier Pneumatics, Inc. Single-Blower Vacuum-Pressure Rail Unload System unloads powder, pellet and granular material from railcars at conveying rates up to 40,000 lbs./hr.

One blower powers both sides of the system, minimizing cost, and is ideal for applications where the vacuum side of the system is a short distance.

The blower draws material from the railcar to a Premier Cyclone that separates the product from the conveying air. Mounted below the Cyclone is an Aerolockā„¢ rotary valve that meters the product
into the pressure side of the system for final delivery to the storage tank.

The blower's vacuum breaker valve balances conveying rates on the vacuum and pressure sides of the system. A PLC control panel provides manual start/stop operation, automatic shutdown on a
high-level signal, and a selector switch for 7 destinations. An in-line filter protects the blower from material fines. Railcar hatch vent filter, adapter kit, and hose are included.

With over 50 years in the bulk material handling industry, Premier designs and builds complete pneumatic conveying systems and individual system components. Premier Pneumatics, Inc., 606
