Patented Slide-Guide™ Feature Maximizes Use of Rack Space

PEABODY, MA -- Quixxsmart Structures' Profile Series roller track now includes a special Slide-Guide feature to ensure consistently smooth carton flow. The patented slide-guide roller track design provides the most compact and efficient use of lateral space in Quixxsmart modular workstations, flow racks and parts presentation carts.

The Profile Series roller track features a full-length, captive T-slot on each side, providing secure, tool-free guide attachment without increasing roller track footprint. Guides are extruded from high-density polyethylene, ensuring consistently smooth carton flow. This easy containment method eliminates possible carton misalignment that can cause backlog jams in part feeding operations. The Profile Series roller track measures 35mm high X 40mm wide, and features two different diameter
wheels (33mm and 44mm).

Extruded from solid aluminum with clear anodized finish, the modular track is assembled and disassembled without tools and can be cut with a carbide blade, band saw or cold saw for a custom fit. Tracks include a T-slot nut (P/N TSN6) for easy
mounting and positioning of accessories including scanners, proximity switches and light curtains.
