December 23, 2003 - WebSeal System consists of 96-well, mid-depth, polypropylene micro titer plate pre-inserted with 500 µl glass vials. It includes WebSeal silicon/PTFE sealing mat that enables users to seal all 96 wells without cross contaminating samples. Sealing mat is dry heat autoclavable and available as solid or pre-slit for penetration. Cutting tool allows individual tubes to be removed from rack without breaking seal.

WebSeal™ Adds Convenience to 96 Well Micro Titer Plates
The WebSeal System from Sun-SRi of Wilmington, NC provides a high level of convenience for scientists working with 96 Well Micro Titer Plates.
The 500µl WebSeal Kit consists of a 96 well mid-depth polypropylene micro titer plate which is pre-inserted with 500µl glass vials and includes the WebSeal silicon/PTFE sealing mat. The sealing mat provides for easy sealing of all 96 wells to eliminate cross contamination of the samples.
A cutting tool is provided which allows individual tubes to be removed from the rack without breaking the seal. The sealing mats are available solid or pre-slit for easy penetration and they are dry heat autoclavable.
