The drive offers automatic rate fallback to adjust to distances and is compliant with 802.11b, DSSS, and 2.4GHz network standards. Additionally, the KanguruWireless LAN comes equipped with 40, 60 or 128-bit WEP encryption to ensure privacy and absolute security.
Weighing a mere 30g, the KanguruWireless LAN offers plug and play abilities, requires no external power and works with most Windows-based operating systems including Windows 98/98SE/ME/2000/XP.
