November 3, 2003 - Suited for industrial refrigeration applications, BAC Aircoil™ Evaporators incorporate hinged fan housings, aluminum or stainless steel drain pan construction, and integral coil/frame constructed of rectangular steel members. Housing materials are available in galvanized steel, stainless steel, or with BALTIBOND® Corrosion Protection System. They can be configured to meet performance requirements of specific applications.

Baltimore Aircoil Company Announces New Industrial Refrigeration Aircoil™ Evaporator Product Line

BALTIMORE, MD (October 27, 2003)- Baltimore Aircoil Company (BAC) is pleased to announce the addition of Aircoil™ Evaporators to its industrial refrigeration product portfolio. The BAC Aircoil™ Evaporators are robustly designed to serve the rigorous operating requirements and extreme environmental conditions of industrial refrigeration applications (food processing, warehousing, distribution, etc.).

Designed for Serviceability, Maintainability, & Reliability

Hinged fan housings provide service access to fan motors and fans, as well as maintenance access to coils and drain pains. Aluminum (the standard) or stainless steel (optional) drain pan construction provide for long and reliable operation for industrial refrigeration duty applications. The integral coil/frame is constructed of heavy gauge rectangular steel members for maximum rigidity. Housing materials are available in galvanized steel, stainless steel, or with the BALTIBOND® Corrosion Protection System.

Configurable for Standard or Custom Applications

The NEW BAC Aircoil™ Evaporator product line can be configured (refrigerant type and feed, tube/fin material types, defrost type, fan/motors, and wiring) to meet the performance requirements of any specific Industrial Refrigeration application.
