Kanban (Just-In-Time) Inventory Control With Movable Slot T-Cards
Control inventory and production with a Just-in-Time (kanban) board. Product inventory is color-coded to indicate normal, critical and overstock levels. Production cycles begin when inventory drops below pre-determined levels. T-card systems maximize the amount of product information that you can place on a visual control board.
Modular T-card systems consist of wall-mounted panels molded in tough plastics. Columns can be assembled laterally without limitations and can be lengthened by adding extension sections. The movable slot system permits individual card holders to be lifted out and reinserted at any point to maintain a set sequence without moving all the cards in the panel. Panels are available in 3 different lengths to hold 2 different widths of T-cards.
Key words are written on the top portion of the T-card and remain visible while details are written on the lower portion of the T-card and remain hidden. Regular T-cards are made of sturdy card stock and are available plain (unprinted) or printed. Plastic T-cards are reusable and have a write-on/wipe-off surface. T-cards are available in 5 sizes and 11 colors.
