New ARO/EXP™ 1-1/2" (Fluid Ports) Non-Metallic Diaphragm Pump
Ingersoll Rand Productivity Solutions / ARO Fluid Products announces the addition of a new 1-1/2 inch non-metallic air-operated diaphragm pump to its EXP offering for the process industries. These new models represent the very latest in pump design expertise with a host of innovative features that can help solve performance issues while reducing operating costs. Starting with its patented stall-free air valve technology, the new EXP 1-1/2" offering brings pump reliability to new levels with a simplified major shift valve that provides stall-free operation - even under low air inlet pressures. The main air motor design features corrosion-resistant construction with both a patented anti-ice valve configuration as well as a trip-rod design that insures a positive shift every time. Like the major shift valve arrangement, these ice-free, positive trip-over features translate into serious savings realized through reduced pump "downtime". Built especially for the process industries, the 1-1/2" EXP body features natural PVDF/Polypropylene wetted parts for the ultimate in chemical/fluid compatibility.
