Dust Collector provides high volume air cleaning.

October 9, 2003 - Model RP8-3 features 24 cartridge filters and more than 15,000 cfm of air cleaning volume, making it suited for shop or plant. It captures general plant air and can be ducted to source capture arms or hoods for localized air cleaning. Modular design allows multiple units to be bolted together for even larger cleaning requirements. Roto-Pulse™ cartridge cleaning system automatically cleans filter cartridges with up to 99.9% efficiency.

Micro Air® RP8-3 Dust Collectors For High Volume Air Cleaning

Welding smoke and fumes, metalworking dust, process dust and powders are no match for the high volume air cleaning offered by the RP8-3 Dust Collector from Micro Air®. With 24 cartridge filters and more than 15,000 CFM of air cleaning volume, the RP8-3 is ideal for shop or plant cleaning. If more cleaning volume is desired, its modular design allows multiple units to be bolted together to handle even larger air cleaning requirements or if future facility expansions are anticipated.

The RP8-3 offers maximum functionality; units can capture general plant air and can be ducted to source capture arms or hoods for localized air cleaning.

The exclusive Roto-Pulse™ cartridge cleaning system automatically cleans the filter cartridges with up to 99.9% efficiency, facilitating lower maintenance costs and longer filter life. Gravity flow design adds to the effectiveness of the dust collector by bringing air in from the top, down through the filters and out the bottom, where the motor is located.

Custom engineering is available for specific applications.
