MultiPlex™ Provides Backup Compressed Air Drying Capability

WEST CHESTER, Pennsylvania, 22 September 2003 – ZEKS Compressed Air Solutions® (ZEKS), has reengineered the MultiPlex™ compressed air dryer line to optimize the air treatment capabilities that matter most to large volume compressed air users:

• Uninterrupted Air Treatment

• Energy Management Operation

• Redundant Operating Systems

• Low Pressure Drop

• Corrosion Resistant, Stainless Steel Heat Exchangers

• Expandability

New MultiPlex™ HSFM refrigerated dryers now include multiple independent air treatment modules that are fully integrated to meet large volume load demand. This configuration enables the dryer to provide uninterrupted air treatment, even if a module must be isolated for maintenance or repair. This capability eliminates the need to have multiple air dryers in operation to avoid total air treatment failure. As before, new HSFM models include multiple cycling refrigeration systems and digital controllers that provide energy savings and redundancy. And the patented CFX® Exchanger Technology, developed by ZEKS exclusively for compressed air drying, is now incorporated, adding the benefits of stainless steel and very low pressure drop.

HSFM models are available with either water-cooled or air-cooled refrigeration condensers in capacities from 4,000 scfm to as large as 19,200 scfm. And additional air treatment modules can be added to expand MultiPlex™ capacity, even after installation, to match increased production requirements.

Compressed air users are invited to contact their local ZEKS Distributor or the Marketing Department at ZEKS for complete information about new MultiPlex™ HSFM Compressed Air Dryers – phone: 800-888-2323 or visit: www.zeks.com.

ZEKS Compressed Air Solutions is a manufacturer and provider of compressed air treatment equipment, including refrigerated and desiccant dryers, compressed air system controllers, air purifiers, filters: and accessory products. The company is well respected for its invention of cycling refrigerated dryer technology and for providing solutions to air treatment challenges that increase productivity and decrease total cost of ownership.
