Tray Packer rapidly meters jars, bottles, and cans.

September 8, 2003 - Model TDL Direct Load Tray Packer utilizes pinless metering technology, which smoothly transfers glass jars, PET bottles, and cans from infeed to metering section without use of metal pins. Speed capabilities run up to 70 trays/min on single layer 6-pack and double tier 12-pack. Wedge infeed reduces product surge at metering section, preventing marred labels. Packer includes dual-language controls on operator interface and non-contact printing capabilities.

The Douglas Model TDL Direct Load Tray Packer utilizes Pinless Metering technology to rapidly increase output

Alexandria, Minnesota, USA- August 29, 2003

The Douglas Direct Load Tray Packer utilizes patent pending pinless metering technology to increase line speed and efficiency. Unique pinless technology smoothly and rapidly transfers glass jars, PET bottles, and cans from the infeed to the metering section without the use of metal pins. Pinless metering also provides for a considerably quieter plant environment while metering glass jars. Speed capabilities run up to 70 trays per minute on a single layer 6-pack and double tier 12-pack.

Special features include a unique wedge infeed reducing product surge at the metering section preventing marred labels, low-profile magazine, dual-language controls on the operator interface, and non-contact printing capabilities.
