August 12, 2003 - Series 65 Shrinksealer provides tamper-evident shrink banding at 200 containers/min and full body shrink sleeving at up to 160 containers/min. Tamper evident neckbands and sleeves ensure product integrity and cleanliness at container closure and neck finish. With quick-change sleeve diameter capability from 3/8–3 1/4 in. and band height range from 5/8–8 in., machine can handle wide variety of package designs.

The PDC Model 65 Series Shrinksealer is designed for mid-level speed tamper evident shrinkbanding with a capacity up to 200 containers per minute (CPM) and full body shrinksleeving up to 160 CPM. This new system meets the advanced level of compliance required by pharmaceutical companies in the areas of "build-to" specifications and FDA requirements. Tamper evident neckbands and sleeves ensure product integrity and cleanliness at the container closure and neck finish.

With a quick-change sleeve diameter capability range from 3/8" to 3 1/4" (10 to 83 mm) and a band height range from 5/8" to 8" (15 to 200 mm), the PDC 65 Series Shrinksealer is flexible enough to handle a wide variety of package designs. Designed with a vast array of advanced features, including various material sensors and roll handling apparatus, the new system delivers the efficiencies required in today's demanding packaging environment.
