OZ/Gedney’s BLG Grounding Bushings Are First Choice for Safety, Reliability & Performance

SKOKIE, IL, July 25, 2003 – O-Z/Gedney’s BLG Insulated Grounding Bushings are designed for use with rigid metal conduit and IMC. These “lay-in-lug” bushings not only provide a compact, convenient means of grounding conduit, they also protect insulated conductors from abrasion during pulling and mechanical vibration.

The bushing’s low profile and small turning radius make the BLG design ideal for multiple conduit runs, while the 360° grounding ensures the safest, most effective ground path. Moreover, its 150°C U.L. rated high-impact thermosetting phenolic insulator won’t soften, melt, burn or dislodge during wire pulling, or shatter or shrink in sub-zero temperatures.

O-Z/Gedney’s BLG bushings are available in iron or steel with zinc plate or galvanized finish, and in aluminum or bronze, in trade sizes of 1/2-inch to 6 inches.
