Featuring potted and encapsulated connectors, strain-relief boots, and other special related materials, UL/CSA approved assemblies can be built to withstand extreme conditions. For military use, they can be hand soldered and certified to MIL-S-45743, MIL-STD-1460, and MIL-STD-2000.

Custom manufactured electrical and microwave telecommunication cable assemblies that are rugged for remote military, scientific, and commercial installations are available from Aved Electronics, Inc. of Lowell, Massachusetts.
Aved Rugged Cable Assemblies are custom manufactured using RF connectors and coax/triax cables to meet specific design requirements, including reel stands and other forms of packaging. Featuring potted and encapsulated connectors, strain-relief boots, and other special related materials, these assemblies can be built to withstand extreme conditions.
Featuring 100% electrical and mechanical testing, Aved Rugged Cable Assemblies are UL/CSA approved. For military use, they can be hand soldered and certified to MIL-S-45743, MIL-STD-1460, and MIL-STD-2000, with quality control that conforms to MIL-I-45208A, and can be packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-129 where necessary.
Aved Rugged Cable Assemblies are priced according to configuration and quantity; with custom packaging, bar coding, and vendor managed inventory (VMI) offered. Price quotations are available upon request.
