July 17, 2003 - MicroSpec™ imaging spectrometers feature USB communication and choice of 150, 300, and 500 mm focal lengths. Manual or motorized entrance slits operate from 10 microns to 12 mm wide, and offer full 12 mm image height. Mirror position in grating turret allows for large aperture, direct imaging to Roper Scientific CCD cameras. Wide choice of gratings and accessories enable Single Cell, Micro-Raman, Dispersive Fluorescence, FRET and other micro-spectroscopy applications.
