State-of-the-Art, Fully Synthetic NSF H-1 Food-Grade Greases from Keystone Resist Wash Off, Protect All Types of Bearings

Linden, NJ, (June 27, 2003): Keystone Lubricants now provides two grades of their popular SFG fully synthetic food grade grease. These NSF H-1 Registered grades have high load carrying properties and require less makeup grease because they resist wash off and provide extended service life. This makes them ideal for plain and anti-friction bearings, rollers and guides, pump bearings, including extiremely hot and cold applications.

Keystone SFG greases are formulated using synthetic PAO base oil with a premium complex calcium sulfonate thickener. As a result, both grades protect across a wide temperature range, -51 to 200° C, while demonstrating superior thermal and mechanical stability. They contribute to extended machine life while reducing contamination as required by the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point System (HACCP). The Keystone web site provides a complete table of properties of SFG greases, along with MSDS sheets.

Keystone's lubricants are used by manufacturers of food processing machinery and by bakeries, breweries, packaging plants, dairies, beverage plants, and all types of food processing, brewing and beverage plants.
