Case Packer is suited for paper industry.
July 7, 2003 - Entry level case packers accommodate cartons up to 30 x 21 x 24 in. and come in horizontal or vertical models. Vertical KDF magazine has speeds of 4 cases/min, while Horizontal KDF magazine packs up to 7 cases/min. Able to automate case packing operations, each model comes equipped with integrated infeed conveyor and can re-start from any interruption without losing one case or product and without human intervention.

Available for the paper industry exclusively through AAntec
BREWERTON, NY (JUNE, 2003) - Schneider Packaging Equipment Co., Inc., specializing in end-of-line solutions for case packing and palletizing needs, introduces two new entry level case packers. These economical machines were developed using combined resources of Schnieder and AAntec and will be available exclusively through AAntec for the paper industry.
The basic case packers can accommodate cartons up to 30”x 21”x 24” and come in a horizontal or vertical model. The Vertical KDF magazine has speeds of four cases per minute, and the Horizontal KDF magazine packs up to seven cases per minute.
Starting at only $75,000 for the standard machine, every small to mid-size operation can afford to automate case packing operations. “It is great for smaller companies that need entry-level case packing or need to free employees for other tasks,” says Robert Schuh, president of AAntec.
Both models come fully equipped with an integrated infeed conveyor ready to install into any pre-existing production line with minimal integration work. Schneider machines are noted for their ability to re-start gracefully from any interruption without losing a case or product and without human intervention. This is accomplished using robust, production ready components such as Allen Bradley PLC’s and controls. Standard sealing with hot melt glue, tape case sealing is also available.
