Mini-Mover Bucket-Style accumulators feature a programmable counter, which controls container batch count, automatic table indexing to the next container, and an end-of-batch automatic shut down and alarm. Accumulators have additional circuits for in-feed device shut down during indexing and an end-of-batch signal to shut down external machine. The accumulator table is mounted to a heavy-duty, steel roller base and is height adjustable to 40". Standard containers include snap tight lids and can be used for product storage. Table may be configured for a variety of container sizes or plastic bags. Applications include packaging automation, batch part inspection, multiple component accumulation, and unattended machining operation. Part sensors, parts conveyors, and infeed-device discharge chutes are available options.
