JobBOSS Software Releases Version 7.3 with new ShopAlerts Functionality
May 27, 2003, Minneapolis, MN JobBOSS Software, a division of Exact, today announced JobBOSS release 7.3 consisting of customer requested enhancements and new ShopAlerts functionality that streamlines communication between employees, vendors or customers.
With JobBOSS ShopAlerts, users define and access "Views" of current activities in the shop. Then ShopAlerts automatically delivers specified information to employees, customers, and vendors. "Pop-up Alerts" and "Instant Messages" can be delivered via e-mail, cell phone or pager.
The most important aspect of any business management system is the ability to see and act upon information quickly.
